Athena Theatre Works: A Leadership Program for Young Women offers girls (ages 11-18) the opportunity to address issues like physical and emotional aggression, peer pressure, parental conflict, self-esteem and self-confidence. Through round table discussions, performances, and charity work communication skills are cultivated and self-confidence built, affording young women the opportunity to grow as mentors and youth advocates and to gain the skills to empower themselves and establish themselves as respected leaders in our society.
